A yoga session tailored specifically for men. Come to this fortnightly class to to build skills that can be applied on and off the mat. Session start with grounding and pranayama (breathing), then a range of asanas (poses) aimed to work towards a particular goal are offered.

Additional props and variations are provided to ensure you can access the pose at the level that is comfortable for you. The sessions then end with savasana (laying down meditation) to allow you to leave rested and mindful.
