This Pilates class focuses on building strength, stability, and body awareness through slow, intentional movement and squeezes it into just 45mins.

Using gentle, controlled exercises, we’ll engage the core, improve posture, and support joint health while emphasising breath and alignment. The pace is mindful and accessible, allowing you to move with attention and ease as you develop strength from the inside out. This class is ideal for anyone looking to move thoughtfully, reduce tension, and deepen their connection between mind and body.
