Gentle Flow (Zoom)

This vinyasa style class allows you to move gently while using the rhythmic nature of your breath. You will gain all the health benefits of exercise while also developing skills to keep your mind calmer and your body stronger and more flexible. All of this while in a supportive environment with other beautiful humans, reaching the same goal as you.
