Nourish your body and your mind with this holistic session aimed at yogis of all levels. A range of poses and variations are offered during this class and you are encouraged to move at your own pace. No experience needed. Props are supplied to allow you to access the poses in a way that suits your body in that moment.
Sessions start with grounding and pranayama (specific breath work), followed by a variety of poses centred around a sankalpa (intention), then we cool down and finish in a restorative Savasana experience. Yoga philosophy is woven in to create a well-rounded class.
