Mamma Yoga

If you’ve been looking to build your fitness back up since having kids, this could be a great place to start!

Sessions include meditation, breathwork and gentle movement as well as a 10 minute savasana.

Kids are welcome and for a small fee, they will have additional supervision so you can get your movement in.

We often stay for chats or head to coffee afterwards so it can be an entire morning experience.
