Restorative Yoga (In Studio)

This relaxed and slower style will encourage your mind and body to unwind and help you build mindful skills that can be used on and off the mat. You are provided with all the props needed to assist you in getting into the poses. Sessions start with grounding and pranayama (breathing), then a range of poses (asanas) designed around a main intention and goal are offered. These are held for 2-3 minutes, gently challenging the body and the mind, who are used to being busy and rushing from in thing to the next. We finish with savasana (laying down meditation) that can include body scans, visualisations or specific meditations. No experience needed.
