Vinyasa (Zoom)

A more energetic yoga style that focuses on co-ordinating your breath with movements. Some experience would be helpful, but variations and props are offered for additional support. This session allows you to build strength and flexibility, while tuning into your body’s natural rhythms. It can also provide challenges that can encourage your mind, body and soul to work together to reach these goals.
