Yoga for Teens

A 5 week, fortnightly series, designed specifically for teenagers to help build skills on and off the mat. A particular focus will be on supporting teen mental health through movement, breath work and mindfulness practices.

In a safe, non judgemental space, teens will learn tools to manage anxiety, improve focus and build emotional resilience.

Each session blends calming yoga poses with meditation and relaxation techniques to help reduce stress and promote inner peace. No experience needed. Just a willingness to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
