Power Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and invigorating flow that combines strength, flexibility and mindfulness. This class focuses on co-ordinating breath with movement, offering a series of challenging postures that build heat and intensity. This session allows you to build strength and flexibility, while tuning into your body’s natural rhythms. It can also provide challenges that can encourage your mind, body and soul to work together to reach these goals. Expect to leave feeling empowered, rejuvenated and centred. Some experience would be helpful, but variations and props are offered for additional support.
