Back in Action - Yoga for Back Health and Pain Management
This is an event series

Join us for an 8-week therapeutic yoga series designed to support spinal health, relieve discomfort, and build strength safely and mindfully. Whether you’re managing chronic back pain, recovering from injury, or simply looking to improve posture and mobility, this series offers a gentle, progressive approach to help you move and feel better in your body.

Each class includes:
- Gentle, accessible yoga postures to release tension and increase flexibility

- Core and postural strengthening to support the spine

- Breathwork and mindfulness to reduce stress and support healing

- Education on body mechanics and movement patterns that promote long-term back health

This series is appropriate for all levels, including beginners and those with limited mobility. Modifications and props will be offered throughout.

You’ll leave each session with practical tools to support your back on and off the mat.
