Mat Pilates Progression Series (In Studio)
This is an event series

A dynamic class designed for those with a solid Pilates foundation, ready to build strength, control, and coordination. This session layers more complex movement patterns into familiar exercises with a focus on mindful movement, breath and flow.

Expect the addition of small equipment - such as light weights, resistance bands, balls and or rings to challenge stability, deepen muscles activation and enhance overall body awareness. Core strength remains central while we also develop endurance, balance and mobility through thoughtfully progressed sequences.

This series is ideal for those comfortable with beginner level Pilates and are looking to refine technique, increase intensity, and move with greater confidence and control.
