A hybrid style class, this one has 10 places that are available to those who would like to secure their weekly spot in the class. Additional places are available for paying members who would also like it as an option to come along.
Strength & Mind–Body Connection
This Pilates class focuses on building strength, stability, and body awareness through slow, intentional movement. Using gentle, controlled exercises, we’ll engage the core, improve posture, and support joint health while emphasizing breath and alignment. The pace is mindful and accessible, allowing you to move with attention and ease as you develop strength from the inside out. This class is ideal for anyone looking to move thoughtfully, reduce tension, and deepen their connection between mind and body.
N.B. If you’re signing up to this series, it’s important that you come along as often as you’re able to do gain the most benefit. If you are unable to make 3 or more sessions in the term, your registration may be cancelled.
