
A yoga and wellbeing program designed for older children (Grade 4-7) who are beginning to discover who they are and who they want to become.
Through yoga, mindful movement, breathing practices, relaxation, discussion and reflection, children develop the tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience and self-awareness.
Each term explores themes such as emotional wellbeing, growth mindset, focus, kindness, courage, healthy relationships and managing stress. Classes provide a supportive space where children can move their bodies, calm their minds and build practical skills they can use at school, at home and in everyday life.
This is more than an exercise class—it's an opportunity for young people to connect with their strengths, understand themselves more deeply and grow into the person they are becoming.
